Carlito Works WWC Event Last Night, Last night, Carlito worked WWC's biggest show of the year: Anniversary 2008. Carlito worked the main event, losing to Ray Gonzalez in a "Teacher vs. Student" match. After the match, Carlito shook Gonzalez' hand, calling him a good teacher. Carlito then turned on him and gave him the "back stabber." He then spit apple in his face. The recently released Trevor Murdoch also worked the show, losing to Carlito's brother & WWE developmental wrestler Eddie Colon. Bobby Lashley worked the show as well, beating TNA wrestler Rhino.

The TNA website announced that members of Team Mexico will be competing at upcoming TNA Texas house show events next month. Rey Bucanero and Ultimo Guerrero will appear at the Friday, August 1 event in Corpus Christi, Texas, and the Saturday, August 2 event in Laredo, Texas.

Michelle McCool has posted three blogs on her WWE Fan Nation account eagerly anticipating her WWE Divas Championship bout with Natalya tonight at The Great American Bash. Tonight's match will actually be her first singles match on pay-per-view.
