After the match, Undertaker keeps the gogoplata locked in on Edge and refuses to break it. Edge eventually passes out and begins to spit blood out of his mouth. Vickie Guerrero is rolled down the ramp and gets into the ring checking on Edge. EMT officials run down and start attending to Edge as Undertaker celebrates his victory. We then see a shot of EMT's pushing Edge away to the back on a stretcher. Highlights are shown of the match leading to the finish.

- Backstage, Randy Orton knocks on the door to JBL's lockerroom. CM Punk walks up and tells him good luck tonight.

- The results are in for the cell phone vote for tonight's Fatal Four Way for the WWE Title. 48% think John Cena will win tonight. Triple H is #2 with 36% of the vote.

- A video package runs highlighting the events leading into tonight's Fatal Four Way for the WWE Title involving Randy Orton, Triple H, John Cena and JBL.

Fatal Four Way elimination match for the WWE title: Randy Orton vs. Triple H vs. JBL vs. John Cena. Garcia does her ring introductions after all four men entered the squared circle. As usual, Cena received the usual lukewarm reaction from the fans. Triple H rammed JBL into the ring steps on the outside. JBL blocked a pedigree attempt on the arena floor. STFU by Cena on Orton. JBL encouraged Orton to give up. Triple H applied a STFU on JBL from behind. No one eliminated yet at the eight minute mark. Cena suplexes The Game for a two count. Triple H blocks a five knuckle shuffle with a spinbuster! JBL is eliminated by Cena at 10:29 by the STFU. Orton eliminated Cena at 10:42 with a kick to the head, so its down to Triple H vs. Orton. Hunter tosses Orton over the top rope, and rams his head into the Raw announce table. Orton counters HHH, and rams Hunter into the ringsteps. Orton caterpaults Hunter over the security wall. Orton suplexes Hunter back over the guard rail onto the arena floor. Orton applied body scissors on Hunter on the mat. The Game pushed Orton down as he attempted a RKO. Face buster by Triple H, but he could only get a two count. On the outside, Triple H dumped Orton into the ECW announce area. Orton tried to piledrive HHH onto a ringstep on the outside, but Hunter pulled his legs out and Orton hit the steps hard on the back. Spinbuster by Hunter in the ring. RKO by Orton, but a slow cover only gets him a two count. Fans chanted "Triple H, Triple H," followed by "Randy sucks." Pedigree by Hunter at 28:11, and he regains the WWE title. Show ends with HHH posing and the announcers screaming NEW CHAMPION!!
