The most entertaining answer was when Cena was asked about his most embarrassing moment in the ring adding, "Losing control of all bodily functions, intestinal and gastrointestinal in a match in Hamilton, Ontario. I had food poisoning, tried to go out there and do it, just didn't work. [It was] coming out of every end. [Laughs] Yeah, it was rough."

So, it seems that they did only one pyro effects during the double taping, probably to save money. Or maybe, there was a pyro problem so they weren't able to do it twice.
