The WWE website has posted the latest edition of Top Rope Theatre featuring "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, Kelly Kelly, Cryme Tyme and Jamie Noble. Chris Jericho will be on the Fox News Channel's Red Eye program at 3:00 a.m. tonight.

As reported yesterday, this week's edition of Raw scored a 3.5 rating, continuing the program's recent trend of declining ratings. The show is down from last week's 3.6 number, the 3.7 rating the the show drew two weeks ago, the 3.8 rating the show drew three weeks ago, and the 4.1 ratings the 2/16 & 2/23 shows scored. Monday's show did hours of 3.32 and 3.65.
