In his office, JB interviews Mick Foley. Foley is sitting down looking at the TNA belt. Foley said everyone is sacrificing tonight. He said he'd love to have Jarrett's voting shares, be the head of the Mafia, and/or end Sting's career, but he'll do whatever it takes tonight to hold on to the TNA title.

Mick Foley defending the TNA title in an Ultimate Sacrifice match against Sting, Kurt Angle and Jeff Jarrett. If Angle is pinned he loses his status as Godfather of the Main Event Mafia, if Sting is pinned he will never wrestle again, and if Jarrett is pinned he gives up his stake in TNA.

Jarrett came to the ring first, followed by Sting, followed by Angle (with his security), followed by the current champion, Foley. As usual, Borash did the ring introductions for the main event. Slick Johnson is the referee.

Match officially starts at 10:31 ET. The guys go for their signatures move early. All four guys brawl outside the ring. Sting and Foley fight into the crowd.

As Foley and Sting brawl, Jarrett puts a figure four on Angle in the ring. On the outside, Foley hit a piledriver on Sting. Foley comes back in the ring with the sock, and puts it into Jarrett's mouth.

During the match, Foley grabs a headset and joins the announce table and adds his comments, while Sting lays on the arena floor. Foley is winded. Foley said Jarrett's shares are more important to him then Angle's godfather role. Sting gets back into the ring, and the action turns to Sting vs. Angle vs. Jarrett. Sting doesn't go after Foley after the hardcore icon hit him with a piledriver on the floor. Don't the guys in the ring realize that win the TNA title with Foley in the booth? Finally, Angle comes over and summer saults into Foley. Angle slam by Angle on Foley on the floor.

Sting puts the scorpion on Angle, but Jarrett grabs Sting and nearly rolls him up for the victory. Foley came back into the ring, and puts socks on both hands. He puts claws on both Sting and Jarrett. Referee bump.

Jarett guitar shots Sting, but the referee is down. Foley hits a chair shot on Jarrett, Slick wakes up and counts two. Fans chant "this is awesome."

Jarrett strokes Angle from the ropes onto a chair and Sting came in and pins Angle at 14:57. Sting is now the godfather of the Main Event Mafia.

They air replays of the match as the show ends.
