I have been compiling a database of title championships and I have a page which lists the top 20 longest title reigns. Cena's current reign is 246 days, which is only 17 overall. Hart's longest reign is 248, which Cena will pass on Thursday. Also Cena's first title reign lasted 280, which is tied for 12th.
