Raven filed a notice of opposition over TNA Wrestling's registration of the 'RAVEN' trademark, in October last year. Almost a year later, in September, TNA sent an answer responding to claims which Raven issued in his opposition. TNA wants the judge to dismiss Raven's notice and allow them to register the trademark.
Hulk Hogan recently transferred ownership of all his trademarks from himself to his limited liability company called, 'Hogan Holdings Limited'. Trademarks include, Hulk Hogan, Hollywood Hulk Hogan, Hulkster, Hogan Knows Grillin, Hulkamania.com, Hulkapedia.com and Paul The Giant Wight which is used in boxing contests. This week's improved WWE RAW rating could be due to the anticipation of fans wanting to see Chris Jericho's WWE return. If this is true, it will be interesting to see if fans will continue tuning in or not by WWE constantly not delivering him.
