More On JBL's In-Ring Return, Backstage News On Chavo's Return, More
At Unforgiven we saw JBL attack Chris Jericho during his match with Randy Orton and cost him the WWE Championship. On RAW, JBL appeared on the Titantron and told Chris Jericho to prepare for the second coming of the "Wrestling God". In a phone conversation with WWE.com, JBL clarified the comments he made to Chris Jericho: He is coming to Monday nights to be an in-ring competitor. Tazz took over for JBL as commentator at the SmackDown! tapings. JBL has been working towards a return to the ring for several months. As Randy Orton shifts his attention to his WWE title defense against Jeff Hardy at the Royal Rumble, JBL will begin a program with Chris Jericho immediately. JBL has never had a run on RAW as a singles star and WWE feels there are a number of top babyfaces for him to work with, including Chris Jericho, Triple H and Shawn Michaels. WWE would like to keep JBL on RAW until at least WrestleMania if he can stay healthy.

Chavo Guerrero made his return to television during last night's ECW broadcast. He attacked CM Punk after his match with MVP, so it looks like the two will be working a program. Guerrero is still listed as a SmackDown star at the moment. He was the last wrestler to return to television from the Signature Pharmacy suspensions that took place back in August (not including the released Booker T). It was revealed by Sports Illustrated that Guerrero had purchased illegal steroids not in compliance with the Talent Wellness program. He received somatropin, nandrolone, and anastrozole between April 2005 and May 2006 over the Internet from Signature Pharmacy. As a result, Guerrero was suspended for 30 days. Two days later at a SmackDown taping, he lost an "I Quit" re-match to Rey Mysterio. After the match, Mysterio continued to assault Chavo's left knee with a steel chair, thus "injuring" him. This allowed Guerrero to have time off to serve his suspension for violating the WWE Wellness Policy. He returned to action in early November. He's worked a few dark matches and house show events since then, but didn't return to television until last night.

Charles Evans from Ohio Valley Wrestling and Atlas Da Bone both worked dark matches at WWE TVs this week.

Hulk Hogan recently told BuddyTV.com that he regrets putting his family in the limelight with the Hogan Knows Best reality series.
