What's interesting is that Morgan's mic skills were known before he ever made his debut on WWE television. Instead of utilizing that, WWE went ahead and gave him the stuttering gimmick that halted his career before eventually being released and going to TNA.
What's more interesting is that in the last issue of The Wrestling Observer, Dave Meltzer reported that the Morgan stuttering gimmick was originally going to go to Brock Lesnar. It's hard to imagine where Lesnar's career would have went if he got stuck with that gimmick.
