The word backstage is that Ted DiBiase, Jr. is set to be brought up to the Smackdown roster soon.
To follow up on what I reported earlier, WWE has announced at today's RAW tapings that the King of the Ring tournament is indeed returning next week on RAW. The 1-night tournament will feature 8 participants from all 3 brands. Expect the winner of the tournament to take over the "royal" gimmick that King Booker used after winning the last KOTR tournament.
WWE Hall of Famer Bobby "The Brain" Heenan recently returned home after spending the last several months in the hospital. In December 2007, Heenan had reconstructive surgery on his jaw, after the first surgery was unsuccessful. Heenan is still unable to speak.
