Stacy Keibler Update Inside, Mikey Taking Bookings, Al Snow, More

Former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler will be appearing at the 2008 Comic-Con event at the San Diego Convention Center this Friday, July 25th to promote her upcoming ABC Family mini-series special, "Samurai Girl." Fifteen Minutes Public Relations, which represents Keibler, sent me the following info: Stacy gets to kick some butt in the series, and she's hoping her fans will come out and see her at Comic Con so she can personally thank them all for their continued support. Stacy will be signing autographs and taking photos. Here's a quote from Stacy: "I am so excited to reconnect with all of my wrestling fans!!! I hope everyone will stop by and see me. I will be signing autographs from 1:30pm in the ABC Family booth I will also be shooting "a day in the life of" and I would love to record as many of you as I can. See you next Friday at Comic Con!"

Pro Wrestling Illustrated — which is still alive — has published its list of the top 500 wrestlers each year since 1991, in an annual special edition magazine called the PWI 500. Randy Orton tops the list this year. Orton is on the cover of the magazine and the headline reads: "Randy Orton #1 – "Who Else?" John Cena topped the list the past two years. You can see the cover at the official Pro Wrestling Illustrated website (PWI-Online.com). The magazine is scheduled to hit newsstands on Tuesday, August 19, but it should be in mailboxes in a week or two.

Former Spirit Squad member and WWE World Tag Team Champion Mike "Mikey" Mondo is taking indy bookings from promoters. He can be reached at Mikeymondobookings@hotmail.com.
