New NWA Champion, Angle Advertised For SNME, WWE Date Change, More

Brent Albright defeated Adam Pearce at last nights ROH show at the Hammerstien Ballroom to become the new NWA World Champion. The crowd popped insanely big. For those who have not seen ROH, go see a live show now. It's amazing stuff and the crowd is really old-school with vulgar chants and lots of ohhh's and ahhhhh's. Just a nutty and crazy environment.

Andrew sent word that a listing for last night's WWE Saturday Night's Main Event on NBC featured John Cena, Triple H, Rey Mysterio, Randy Orton and Kurt Angle in the listing.

Devin Cutting sent this in: WWE has changed the date of the house show in Reading, Pennsylvania again. The new date is November 30th. Tickets purchased for the original dates, August 11th and December 15th, will be honored on the new date. In addition, the event has been changed from a Smackdown/ECW house show to a Raw house show.

John Silva sent this in: Figured I'd pass this along to your readers. I played a game on WWE's website four times and won all four times, so I'm sure this code is universal. If you order from WWE ShopZone, and enter the code FINK08, you get a free cooler with an order over $50. Just figured that might be of interest your readers.
