? While Elijah Burke was at home dealing with issues from Hurricane Ike, it appears as though WWE lost confidence in the 'entertainer'. It's basically now a case of creative having nothing for him. That's not always good news as we all know.

? In its first week out, the WWE Unforgiven DVD finished in second place on Billboard's Video Sales – Recreational Sports DVD, behind a DVD on NHL player Sidney Crosby. WWE's only other title on the chart is that of Mr. Perfect. The Rock DVD finally fell off the chart after being on it every single week since its release in June.

? Here are notes on WWE's viewership in the UK. For the week ending October 12, the live Raw drew 32,000 viewers. Thursday's replay of the show drew 56,000 and the Friday replay drew 55,000. SmackDown drew 55,000 viewers on a Friday and 44,000 for the next day's replay. TNA nor UFC did significant numbers.

? In an interview with E!, Linda Hogan says that her son Nick is now a "changed person" after serving time in prison.

The producers for Steve Austin's new movie "Damage" have recruited boxers and MMA fighters from the Vancouver area to be jobbers in a big fight scene where Austin kicks one person's ass one after another. There is said to be a lot of fight scenes in this movie. The director wanted to use real fighters instead of stunt men or pro wrestlers and made it clear he didn't want the fight scenes to resemble pro wrestling. Former Bodog announcer, MMA fighter and pro wrestler Paul Lazenby is one of the guys in the big fight scene.

? SmackDown and ECW Superstars being advertised for the three-hour 800th RAW celebration on November 3rd, besides Triple H, The Miz and John Morrison, include The Undertaker, Matt & Jeff Hardy, Big Show, Vladimir Kozlov and Finlay.

? The Luchagors, fronted by former WWE Diva Amy "Lita" Dumas, will be playing tomorrow in Atlanta, Georgia at Horrorfest III.
