Last Thursday's edition of TNA iMPACT! drew a 1.2 cable rating (rounded up from 1.18) and 1.6 million viewers. The ratings for the show grew quickly, but started to fall 45 minutes into the show. In the segment-by-segment numbers, Booker T vs. referees Andrew Thomas and Rudy Charles gained 14,000 viewers. The Matt Morgan vs. Petey Williams match with the Booker T beatdown out of the broadcast booth and Mick Foley's arrival gained 95,000 viewers for a strong 1.27 quarter. The Team 3D vs. Sting match lost 68,000 viewers. The Scott Steiner vs. Abyss match following it lost 68,000 viewers. The ratings hit rock bottom for the main event featuring Kurt Angle vs. LAX as it lost 176,000 viewers and fell to a show-low 1.04 number. In the demos, the show drew 0.75 in Males 18-34 and 0.77 in Males 35-49.
TNA had been hoping to do the Kevin Nash vs. Samoa Joe match at this Sunday's Against All Odds pay-per-view, but it doesn't look like Nash will be be ready on time. The match will more than likely take place at next month's Destination X pay-per-view.
