WWE Still Promoting Mr. Kennedy, Drew McIntyre's Return, More

All weekend long, commercials have been running on the USA Network plugging this Monday's episode of Raw as the return of Mr. Kennedy (even though he was on last week) as well as the United States Championship match between Montel Vontavious Porter and Kofi Kingston. Since the commercials were produced earlier this week before Kennedy was let go, it's too late to change them.

Working his first match in a WWE ring since January 2008, Drew McIntyre appeared at last night's SmackDown/ECW live event in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Prior to his match with Jimmy Wang Yang, McIntyre cut a promo discussing his Scottish roots and how lucky the fans were to see a great unknown prodigy such as himself. McIntyre came out victorious after hitting a neckbreaker on Yang. McIntyre had a brief stint on the main roster in the fall of 2007, but his call-up was apparently premature as he was soon taken off television to continue training in Florida Championship Wrestling, where he currently reigns as its Heavyweight Champion.

WWE producer Arn Anderson and Barry Windham will be appearing at the NWA Legends Fanfest in Charlotte, North Carolina this August. The event's promoters were looking to reunite the original Four Horsemen, but Ric Flair is booked to appear in Egypt that weekend.
