Candice Michelle's WWE Return, Divas, Plans For WWE Superstars, More

? The new plan in WWE is to tape two matches for Superstars on Monday and one on Tuesday during the Smackdown/ECW tapings reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The original plan for the show was that it would be the only show that featured interbrand matches, however that appears to be changed to having only one match be featured that way. As noted on earlier, they are now taping matches with Smackdown brand wrestlers on Monday's before Raw or after Raw when they run on the West Coast and another match with Raw wrestlers. They also plan to tape matches with ECW wrestlers on Tuesday following the ECW taping for continuity purposes. It is possible these plans will vary from time to time. It also means Jim Ross will be on the road for both the Raw tapings and Smackdown/ECW tapings since he will be needed at both. Todd Grisham has already been doing both nights as he works as a backstage interviewer on Raw.

? Mickie James, Tiffany, and Trish Stratus were involved with this year's 300 event, which takes special needs kids from Toronto to Disney World in Orlando

? WWE Diva Candice Michelle was backstage at the WWE TV tapings two weeks ago in Los Angeles, CA. Michelle is expected to be back from injuries in a month or so. She was in the ring training before the shows in Los Angeles.

? Nate sent this in: I have been following the reports on the change of the Bash's PPV name and recently saw that you were claiming it to happen in Sacramento, CA. When I saw this I thought it was a mistake, but upon reading WWE.com events I saw you were 100% correct. My confusion came because apparently WWE did some major plans changing. I am from Philadelphia and bought tickets for "The Great American Bash" that was to take place here on July 26th. The event was advertised during the Philadelphia taping of the "Slammy Awards." Tickets went on sale the next day for the event. It turns out that the event is now been re-cast as Night of Champions. This was a bit of a disappointment to me as I was looking forward to getting the nastalgic feeling of red, white and blue ropes, but then again judging by the name change news I might not be missing out. Just a bit of a surprise to see the event I bought a ticket for is now on the other side of the country. For a moment I thought I would be stung by a Denver situation. Note from Ryan Clark: This change was made not long ago as WWE decided to switch up the order of the "Night of Champions" and "The Bash" PPV events. Last year's "Night of Champions" PPV took place in late June and has now been pushed to July in the place of "The Bash" which will now take place in a few weeks.
