Randy Orton Accused Of Assault For Spitting In Face Of Fan

WickedLocal.com is reporting that Randy Orton is facing a court hearing after he allegedly spit gum into the face of a juvenile and swore at him outside of Kowloon Restaurant in Saugus, MA.

The victim alleged that Orton reacted to him angrily in the parking lot of the restaurant. He said that he took a picture of Orton in the parking lot and then asked to pose with him for another when Orton lost his temper and spit his gum at him and called him a derogatory name. The victim's mother than confronted Orton, who allegedly responded "so sue me".

There was apparently another juvenile male in the parking lot who witnessed the incident.

Police filed a hearing request on the matter for simple assault and battery. A clerk magistrate will determine if the incident warrants a criminal complaint. Thanks David Hunt and Nick
