The last of the major WCCW venues (Reunion Arena and the Sportatorium are already gone), Texas Stadium, is scheduled to be demolished Sunday. The venue hosted the 1984 David Von Erich Parade of Champions, which saw Kerry Von Erich defeat Ric Flair for the NWA Title.

The Stamford Advocate reports that over the last decade, the WWE has spent over $1 million to educate politicians on the company.

Ted DiBiase Sr. and Nikita Koloff have been added to the NWA Legends Fanfest in Charlotte, NC, which takes place in August. They join Tully and Joe Blanchard, Reggie Parks, Sting, Al Perez, and British legend Billy Robinson as confirmed for the event.
