MMAScoops.com is also reporting that Frank Shamrock, who is announcing the Strikeforce event tonight, will make a special announcement on air during the broadcast. Shamrock has not fought in well over a year, since a loss to Nick Diaz in April of 2009. He was the first Strikeforce middleweight champion. We'll see what the major announcement is later tonight.
