Pro Wrestling Guerilla announced that Alex Shelley had been pulled from tonight's PWG show due to an injury sustained at this week's Impact tapings. The Motor City Machine Guns were scheduled to compete for the PWG Tag Titles. Chris Sabin is still on the card, but will now compete in a singles match.
Ring of Honor announced today that Tyler Black vs. Davey Richards II will take place in Charlotte, NC on August 28th when ROH debuts at the Metrolina Trade Expo.
On October 29th at the Fall River, MA event, DGUSA will be running a seminar and tryout.
Former ECW World champion Mikey Whipwreck may need neck surgery. Whipwreck, who has had issues with his neck due to the punishment he took during his career, has an MRI scheduled for Monday to determine how bad his neck is. Last night, Whipwreck sneezed and both of his arms went numb. After the feeling did not return, he was taken to the hospital. Feeling has returned, but his neck is very sore and his left arm is still giving him problems.
