WWE Attorney Says TNA Is Putting On Sunday's PPV 'At Its Peril'

Newsday has an article about reporter Alfonso Castillo asking WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt if WWE was considering taking legal action against TNA over this Sunday's Hardcore Justice pay per view.

"The WWE is sole owner of the ECW marks, and as with all of WWE's intellectual property it will be vigorously protected," said McDevitt. "TNA acts at its peril if it infringers upon WWE's rights."
