-- NWA Pro Wrestling sent out the following today…

NWA™ Pro Wrestling will be holding a daylong workshop at the Sturtevant Sports Complex in Sturtevant, WI on Saturday October 9th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM before the NWA Pro Wrestling KRUSH event that evening. The workshop will feature the fundamentals for performing on televised wrestling. NWA Worlds Champion "Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce, Director of NWA Pro Talent Relations Andy Schmitz and NWA Executive David Marquez will head the five-hour course.

NWA Executive David Marquez said: "It's a very exciting time in the National Wrestling Alliance®. Our member promotions are gaining broadcast television on top stations in their area. Now, its important for the talent to understand that knowing how wrestle is a must, but with TV now popping back up on the scene it's going to add a whole new element."

This is a professional event; only trained pro wrestlers may attend. The cost to attend this clinic is $50.00 per talent and four participants will be selected to perform on the NWA Pro Wrestling KRUSH event later that evening. To attend this clinic, please RSVP with Andy Schmitz at [email protected]

-- From this point forward, Alex Riley will be a regular character on WWE TV.

-- A photo of a very overweight Matt Hardy from several weeks ago wrestling Christian has surfaced online. This is obviously part of the reason he's got so much heat on him these days. You can check out the full size photo on our Facebook group by clicking here, or the smaller pic below:
