Backstage Update - Linda McMahon Returning To WWE?

-- During her concession party in Hartford, CT, Linda McMahon stated that she would not be immediately returning to World Wrestling Entertainment. Linda said that "the company moves too fast" and that she could not just jump back into things.

-- Local media is speculating that Linda is not returning to WWE because she will set her eyes on the Senate seat currently occupied by Joe Lieberman when it comes up in 2012.

-- Linda McMahon's concession party ended about 11:39 PM last night.
