RAW News: Randy Orton Confirmed, Sheamus

-- As noted earlier, Randy Orton is scheduled to be at RAW tonight. Orton confirmed this over the weekend on his Twitter account noting he had something special planned for The Miz. A match between the two for TLC is expected to be made official tonight.
