-- A number of talents not associated with CHIKARA, including alumni and ROH president Cary Silkin, came to ringside for the Larry Sweeney tribute last night at "King of Trios". Mike Quackenbush invited anyone wanted to show up and pay tribute.
-- The Great Sasuke, Jinsei Shinzaki, and Dick Togo all signed and took photos for fans after their match.
-- The younger Japanese talents, were excited to meet Manami Toyota.
-- The crowd was said to love the "slow motion spots" that are usually a trademark of Darren Corbin in Minnesota.
-- Sean Waltman was emotional for the response he received as he came out as his 1-2-3 Kid persona. He was tearing up in the ring and thanking the crowd.
-- Tonight's show will feature the second round of the Trios tournament as well as a pair of four-way matches and an open challenge from Archibald Peck.
-- Eddie Kingston will be working tomorrow's third and final Trios event.
-- A Stan Bush concert is scheduled for the Fan Conclave Gathering today, as well as a Tursas Body Slam Challenge, autograph sessions and an opportunity for fans to do a guest commentary with their favorite CHIKARA commentator.
-- CHIKARA will be running Burlington, NC in May and then Cleveland, Chicago and Taylor, Michigan this June. CHIKARAsaurus Rex 2, a follow-up to their big event last summer, is set for 7/30 in Reading, PA.
-- NatGeo, The National Geographic cable network will be filming at this Tuesday's EVOLVE iPPV. They will be following several of the talents featured. The filming is part of an upcoming story on independent wrestlers trying to make it in the business. The full lineup for the PPV, which takes place at BB Kings in New York City, is below:
