Trish Stratus has posted a video of herself introducing Stratusphere Yoga to the WWE Tough Enough contestants.

Stratus discovered yoga following a career-threatening injury in 2005, which not only helped her rehabilitate the injury and return to the squared circle full time, but led her down a path that she continues on today. She shows the contestants her own personal style of yoga she developed, which is described as a total mind body workout.
