Source: Bay News 9Randy Savage's brother Lanny Poffo told Bay News 9 that Randy's cause of death was a result of a condition known as ventricular fibrillation (VF). VF is a severely abnormal heart rhythm that can lead to fainting or heart attacks.
"What it means to me is, it was a beautiful way to die," said Poffo. "It's quick, painless."
Poffo also called Savage's wife, Lynn, a hero.
"Randy's foot was still on the accelerator. She reached over and steered the Jeep Wrangler into a tree, saving the live of a motorcyclist and possibly a bus. You know, there's no telling what can happen when you're going the wrong way."
