New TNA World Champion Crowned + IMPACT! Tapings

-- Mr. Anderson beat "The Icon" Sting Sunday night at Slammiversary to become the new World Heavyweight Champion, after questionable interference by Eric Bischoff. Anderson was able to hit a low blow and the Mic Check for the pin and the win to regain the gold. Meanwhile, Kurt Angle became the new No. 1 contender after beating Jeff Jarrett and therefore will receive a title shot against Anderson.

-- The June 16 episode of iMPACT!! Wrestling is being taped tonight in Orlando, Florida. Next week's TV will be taped tomorrow night in Orlando, FL.
