We noted earlier that former WWE and TNA star Matt Hardy was arrested last Wednesday (9/14). TMZ.com has released more details including the arrest warrant obtained by police.

Here are the new details:

Rebecca 'Reby Sky' Reyes, Matt Hardy's real-life girlfriend, made the 911 call. She told dispatchers that Matt was "strung out on pills" and needed help ASAP.

Matt had "trouble speaking" and was "very unsteady on his feet" when police arrived at his house. The police state that Matt didn't smell of alcohol. The officer was then led to believe that Hardy was under the influence of "some type of unknown impairing substance other than alcohol." Cops then called EMT's and Matt was taken to the First Health of the Carolinas hospital emergency room.

While police were at the house, Reby Sky told them that Matt had a safe in the house that contained "numerous Vicodin pills". She told police that Matt did not have a prescription for the pills. She then gave police the keys to the safe.

According to the police report, cops seized the following items from Matt's home:

(1) Empty Small Round Glass Containers of Blue Locus Extract

(2) Handwritten Note

(3) Vials of Liquid Substance

(4) Vial of Powder Substance

(5) Syringes

(6) Empty K2 Smoke Blend Packet

(7) $1,961 US Currency

(8) Small Blue Pill

It should be noted that the rehab video was made AFTER this latest arrest. It's likely a case of taking the steps now so that when he gets to court he can use the rehab over jail defense. Nonetheless, he's apparently taking the proper steps to get himself clean.
