As noted last night, Jim Ross was at the Raw SuperShow in Mexico City, Mexico last night, but not to announce. Ross competed in a tag team match with John Cena against Alberto Del Rio and Michael Cole. The match will air this Monday night at 9/8 CT on the USA Network. Full spoilers are posted at this link.
