Before the event on Thursday, November 3, Maria and "Cookie" Becky Bayless will be appearing at Red Rooster Bar and Music Hall for a pre-show party appearance. Diaz will now face the man he was originally supposed to meet at last night's event, UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre, at the UFC's Super Bowl event in February of 2012.
