Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter-- Heath Slater's thirty-day suspension for his first violation of WWE's Talent Wellness Program expired on Tuesday. Therefore, he is now eligible to resume performing for the organization.
WWE announced on October 17, 2011 that the SmackDown Superstar had been suspended for thirty days due to his non-compliance with their drug testing policy.
One other wrestler is currently serving suspension: Evan Bourne. He is eligible to return to action on December 1, 2011.
-- John Morrison's contract with WWE expires at the end of November.
He was pulled from advertised for WWE's upcoming tour of Japan, which takes place November 30 and December 1, 2011 in Yokohama. His last announced appearance takes place at the November 28, 2011 Raw SuperShow in Columbia, South Carolina.
