Maria Backstage At ROH Event, Shane Douglas Note & More

-- Former WWE Diva Maria Kanellis was backstage at Saturday's Ring of Honor event in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. She is dating ROH star Mike Bennett.

-- As noted earlier, former WWE Diva Melina made her in-ring return at the WSU Breaking Barriers internet pay-per-view this past weekend defeating indy star Lexxus. WSU has plans to do a joint show with the NWS promotion in January that features Traci Brooks vs. Jillian Hall with Molly Holly as the special referee.

-- WWE Hall of Famer Afa The Wild Samoan turns 69 years old today while ECW Original Shane Douglas turns 47 and former WCW star Jerry Flynn turns 52. Also celebrating birthdays today are The Bella Twins, both turning 28.
