-- Paul Bearer was interviewed for WWE's latest Steve Austin video release, Austin: The Bottom Line on the Most Popular Superstar of All Time, and recalls seeing the future Hall of Famer at Chris Adams' wrestling school in Dallas, Texas. He was teaching the young students how to do interviews and felt Austin stood out before he even saw him showcase his abilities.
"So when I first saw Steve, he just stood out. Head and shoulders above 'em all, before I ever heard him talk or see him get in the ring for the first time. You kind of scan all of them and he stood out," Bearer said. "So once Chris Adams got the students into the ring, he started teaching them and then I got my chance to start teaching them about how to do interviews with the cameras; he was a natural."
