-- Cincinnati.com is reporting that Andre Davis, an Ohio independent wrestler, was found guilty today on 14 counts of felonious assault after not disclosing his HIV positive status to women he was having unprotected sex with. He was found not guilty on one charge after the jury spent nine hours deliberating. He faces over 100 years in prison when he is sentenced.
He has been accused of sleeping with four different women in Deerfield Township, Ohio and 12 in Hamilton County, Ohio. Prosecutors say he knew he was HIV positive since 2009 but chose not to tell them. He discovered the status after blood testing for a WWE developmental deal as a referee. WWE rescinded the offer after informing him of his status.
