Maria Menounos Training Update, The Rock's Next Comedy?

-- Regarding TV host Maria Menounos training for her in-ring return at WWE's Tribute to the Troops taping, The Wrestling Globe reports she is training at Ric Drasin's wrestling school in Sherman Oaks, California. Star Magazine will be doing a feature on her training.

- WWE will be releasing new fist pump foam hands for Zack Ryder fans soon.

-- Variety reports that The Rock and Mark Wahlberg are in the running to star in a bodybuilding comedy called Pain and Gain from producer Michael Bay. Production is set to begin in April of 2012.

The movie is described like this: "Pain and Gain will follow a pair of Florida bodybuilders who get caught up in an extortion ring and a kidnapping scheme that goes terribly wrong."
