TNA Impact Results - Sting/Roode, Angle/Hardy, Six-Man Tag; Sound Off With Your Thoughts

They start by recapping the Sting/Roode situation. They show Kurt Angle from earlier in the day. He is going to tell the world why he hates Jeff Hardy. Kurt Angle makes his way to the ring; they show what he did to Hardy. Angle says there are several reason why he attacked Hardy. He has reasons written on cue cards. One, Jeff has lots of hair and he doesn't. Having purple hair doesn't make you a champion. Two, the way he dresses. he wears make-up and freakin' socks on his freakin' arms. Three, Angle will be signing hundreds of autographs, Hardy will walk in with his head down, and all the fans will flock to him. Four, girls just love him. Angle chooses to be a one woman man. he says the number 1 reason he hates him is Angle has 100 different action figures, posters, t-shirts, but at night when he goes to his son's room he sees Jeff Hardy posters, action figures, and sees him a wearing Hardy shirt with paint on his face with purple hair. He has socks on his arms also. he is an Olympic gold medalist, and his son loves Jeff Hardy. he calls Hardy to the ring. The crowd chants for him. Hardy's music hits. Angle wants a match at Victory Road. Hardy slaps him in the face. He mounts him; the agents try to pull him off. Hardy says, "you're on!"
Roode is backstage. Sting's actions are unprofessional and bad for business. The locker room is full of people who deserve a chance. He is interrupted by Austin Aries. He says they are both champions and the best in their division. Roode asks if he has 5 minutes. He says he has 10. Roode says, "let's walk."
Styles vs. Kazarian/Daniels is next.

Gauntlet Match: Kazarian/Daniels vs. A.J. Styles
Styles grabs the mic and says when he beats them both, they will reveal what Daniels is holding over Kazarian's head to the whole world. Kazarian says, "you got it." Styles flies through the ropes. Styles is in the ring with Daniels. Styles is in control. Styles hits a delayed high-vertical suplex.

On the outside, Kazarian distracts Styles, Daniels gets the upper hand. Let's go A.J. chants. Styles gets some offense. Styles gets a near fall. Daniels hits a back-sweep. Kazarian enters and delivers a Fade to Black. The ref calls for the bell. Daniels is disqualified. Kazarian makes the pin. Daniels is confused. He asks what that was. Kazarian says that was a victory.
Backstage Gail Kim is with Madison Rayne. She has a special gift for her: a match with ODB. Madison is upset. ODB vs. Madison next.

Madison Rayne w/ Gail Kim vs. ODB w/ Eric Young
ODB gets the upper hand. She drives Rayne's face repeatedly into the turnbuckle. Rayne kicks her off of her. They go back and forth. Rayne bumps around for ODB. She hits a bronco buster. Young is on the apron. ODB hits a modified RKO for the win. She celebrates with Young, they kiss. Kim apologizes to Rayne.
Bully Ray is backstage complaining about Brandon Jacobs to a random girl. "It's Storm's fault." Roode and Aries show up. Roode says what happened to Bully Ray was embarrassing. He says it's not Storm's fault, it's Sting's. He tells Ray to call him. So does Aries.

Velvet Sky, from earlier in the day, is complaining about getting screwed out of her title shot by Madison Rayne. She says it's her time. She gets attacked by Angelina Love and Sarita. She gets driven into the dumpsters.
Ric Flair is talking to Bischoff's son. He says it's not his time. Bischoff says he's his own man. Flair can't believe it. Roode, Aries, and Ray are making their way to the ring.

Roode grabs the mic in the ring. He says he's the reason everyone is watching the show. He tells Sting he is not an active wrestler. He says he will not face Sting at Victory Road. He says he is done. Bully Ray tells the cameraman to shoot his cavs. They are growing day by day, he says. He says it's all Sting's fault. Sting let Jacobs attack him. It was the most embarrassing moment of his career. He shows a clip. He says he and his cavs are done. Aries says Sting doesn't know when to step out of the spotlight. He says he's done. All three sit in the middle of the ring. Bully Ray says they ain't moving. The lights go out. Sting appears in the ring. Sting says when he said he was done he was just stirring the pot. He asks if they are really done. They all say yes. Sting says he's gonna strip Roode of the title. He says the same to Aries. He tells Ray he's gonna bite his finger off and that he won't have a paycheck. He says he will put Aries in a main event. All three men in a match against the tag champs and James Storm. The lights go out, Sting disappears.

They show Jesse Sorensen in the hospital with his mom. He wants to get back in the ring. Ion is backstage from earlier in the day. He doesn't feel remorse.
Zema Ion vs. Shannon Moore
Ion keeps grabbing Moore's mo-hawk to prevent from being whipped into the ropes. Moore attempts to cross-body him on the outside, Ion moves and clotheslines him. He look at the camera and says he hopes Aries is watching. Back in the ring. Ion hits a missile drop kick off the top rope. Ion hits a neck breaker. He goes to the top turnbuckle, Moore dropkicks him. He delivers a hurricanrana from the top. Near fall. Moore misses a moonsault. Ion hits a double knee across his back, then flips him and drives Moore's throat onto his knee and pins him.

Sarita/Love vs. Velvet/James
Velvet charges Love. She tags in James. Drop kick to Love, near fall. Sarita tags in. James hits a swinging neck breaker. Love pulls the rope down, James gets thrown to the outside. They double team James while the ref restrains Velvet on the outside. Love tags in. She has James isolated in her corner. Sarita tags back in. James rolls her up for a near fall. She hits a belly to back suplex. Both women are down. James makes the hot tag; Love tags as well. Love bumps around for her. Sarita breaks the pin. Velvet hits a face buster, while James prevents Sarita from making the save. Velvet pins Love.
Storm is backstage. He is gonna do his talking at the PPV. But tonight he is bringing the tag champs.
Six-man tag is next.

TNA received a letter from Abyss's family earlier in the week wondering about his whereabouts. They show a video package.
Roode/Aries/Ray vs. Storm/Joe/Magnus
Bully Ray introduces himself. Magnus starts with Aries. Aries shows off. He asks for a test of strength. He can't reach Magnus and kicks him in the thigh. Magnus hits a clothesline from hell. Roode tags in. Storm wants the tag, Roode runs to the outside. He says Storm doesn't want any of this.

Back in the ring, Bully Ray is in with Storm. Joe tags in. They strike each other back and forth. Joe hits a leg lariat. Aries tags in. Magnus tags and double teams with Joe. Magnus covers Aries for a near fall. Roode tags in. Storm tags and Roode backs off again. He slowly enters the ring and tags back out. Aries tags in and so does Joe. Joe dominates in the corner. Joe goes for the Muscle Buster, Roode breaks it up. Aries hits a crucifix take down. Ray tags in and hits a swinging neck breaker. Bully is stalking him. Roode tags in. They have Joe in their corner, cut off from his partners. Magnus breaks the pin. Aries tags in. He hits an elbow to the back of Joe's head off the rope. Joe is fighting his way out. Ray tags in. Roode tags in. The crowd is chanting 'Joe.' Joe catches Roode when he charges him in the corner. Storm is stomping for the tag; Joe makes the hot tag to Storm. Aries sneaks in and gets planted on his face. Ray gets clothes-lined on the apron to the outside. Roode bumps around for Storm; he gets back body dropped. Ray hits him from behind. Ray whips him but he reverses and Aries comes off the top with a drop kick on to Ray instead. Joe tags in. He hits a snap mare; Magnus hits an elbow off the top. Roode plants him with a spinebuster. Storm hits the Closing Time on Roode. He hits the Last Call. Storm pins Roode. Storm celebrates with a beer. Bully Ray hits Magnus with a chair behind Storm's back, then waits for him to turn around. He throws the chair to Storm, who catches it, then he kicks it into his head. He says, "you aint makin it to Lockdown," as he hovers over him. Magnus and Joe are both also laid out in the ring. He says he is the number 1 contender. "You suck chants" from the crowd as the camera fades to black on Storm's lifeless body.
