- A fan wrote on Twitter how he was upset that SmackDown Superstar Ryback "stole" Bill Goldberg's Gorilla Press Slam. Goldberg replied: "There can be only 1..... Anyone can imitate"
- WWE Champion CM Punk wrote the following in response to some online reports of how he is seen backstage: "Dirt sheets can call me small, skinny, beat up, road-tired, fat, ugly, no friends etc...everyone else calls me champ. Everyone."
