Adam Cole Compares ROH To UFC, Martel Talks His WWE Heel Turn, CZW Tonight, Extreme Reunion Tomorrow

- Ring of Honor Star Adam Cole was recently on The Fight Club Chicago radio show, as he is competing at the ROH shows in Chicago and Dayton this weekend. Cole stated in the interview that ROH has more of an "MMA feel" than TNA or WWE, stating, "Ring of Honor has this mindset to take it as far as it possibly can. With something like the UFC being as popular as it is, obviously pro wrestling and MMA are two different things. But Ring of Honor has more of that MMA feel in the sense of its all about competition and sport and great athletes and things like that. Its very popular in American culture right now. So I feel, if more people got to see Ring of Honor more people would maybe be interested in checking out our show instead of the WWE or Impact Wrestling."

- Arda Ocal of The Score Television Network spoke with former WWE superstar and AWA champion Rick Martel. Martel talked about becoming a heel in WWE, stating, "I was the babyface for 15 years. I kinda got tired of it. I always wanted to be the heel cause my brother was the heel, and I grew up around the villains, traveling with villains. I wanted to do it sometime, when I changed and became 'The Model' it was great, it gave me the creative juices, and that second push I needed."
