WWE Signs New Wrestler, More On Tonight's RAW, WWE Pays Tribute

- The South Wales Evening Post reports that WWE has signed Welsh wrestler Steve "Starr" Evans, who is 6'6 and 260 lbs., to a developmental contract. Evans will soon be moving to Florida, pending a medical approval. The article noted that Evans was discovered by a talent scout at a WWE event in London last April.
