Source: The Associated PressThe Associate Press has published an update on the TNA - WWE lawsuit today.
According to their report, WWE attorneys told Nashville Chancellor Ellen Hobbs Lyle that the company will not use confidential information from TNA, and that they have not contacted any of TNA's contracted employees. WWE also claims to have returned all confidential information to TNA.
