During the interview, Layla spoke about her stint with the Miami Heat in 2006, and revealed that Shaquille O'Neal was her favorite player during that time. She also spoke about leaving the Heat after they won the championship in 2006 to join the Divas Search.

"It literally happened within the span of a week," said Layla. "I still have my championship ring, which I'm very proud of. I keep it in its box. I hardly show it to anyone; it's really sacred to me."
