Velvet Sky In Music Video, TNA Returns To Atlanta, Former TNA Midget Wrestler Hospitalized

- TMZ reports that former TNA midget wrestler Puppet -- who also appeared on Spike TV's "Half Pint Brawlers" -- was recently hospitalized after a botched fall at an independent midget wrestling show in Virginia last Saturday. According to the report, Puppet was supposed to jump off the top rope onto a table outside of the ring, but overshot the move and landed face-first on the concrete floor. He was knocked out for several minutes before being rushed to a local hospital, where he received 8 stitches. All of his top teeth were damaged, and he will require major reconstructive dental surgery to fix them.
