WWEDVDNews.com has revealed the cover art for WWE's "Once In a Lifetime - The Rock vs. John Cena." The three-disc DVD and two-disc Blu-ray set will hit North American stores on September 11th. The synopsis reads:

"In the week leading up to WrestleMania XXVIII, a one-hour documentary aired on NBC Universal in America called 'Once In A Lifetime: The Rock vs. John Cena'.
