Trouble With Trademark For Ryback's Name, WWE Bringing Back A TV Show?

- WWE recently registered a trademark for "WWE Spotlight" as a name for a new TV Show. WWE Spotlight was the name of one of their syndicated shows back in the 80's.

- WWE is having trouble trademarking "Ryback" as they were first denied the trademark back in January because the USPTO felt it was just a surname, which they don't allow trademarks for. WWE provided reasons why Ryback is more than a surname but they were again refused, this time for the final time, because the USPTO was not satisfied with WWE's answers.
