David Otunga Update, More On Halle Berry's Injury On Set Of WWE Studios Movie

- As noted earlier, TMZ reports that actress Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital last night after she fell and hit her head on concrete while filming for WWE Studios' The Hive. According to TMZ, the actress fell and started throwing up, which is a sign of a concussion.

"Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive," Berry's rep told TMZ. "She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."

- David Otunga also stars in the film with Berry, and has been off of WWE television while he's been filming for the movie. Otunga recently tweeted the following picture from the set of the film:
