- Former WWE star Marty Jannetty is said to be in really bad shape these days. Jannetty worked an independent show in Orlando on July 28th against Steve Corino and his ankles were so bad that his feet turn out sideways and the inside of his ankles almost touch the ground when he walks. He needs surgery on both ankles in the worst way. Jannetty then no-showed the Chikara show the next night in Massachusetts.

- WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels begins filming the third season of his MacMillan River Adventures TV show today.

- The latest information released by WWE indicates that WrestleMania 28 is now back up to the estimated 1,216,000 worldwide pay-per-view buys. This is up from the 1,114,000 buys that the show was listed doing as of one month ago. The new number breaks down to 713,000 domestic buys and 503,000 international buys. We should know more after today's earnings call.
