- The Smackdown crew has a rare weekend off before heading overseas next week after the SmackDown television tapings on Tuesday. SmackDown will be holding shows in Japan, China and Taiwan next week.

- John Cena vs. The Big Show in a steel cage, CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship, Chris Jericho & Zack Ryder vs. The Miz & Dolph Ziggler and Brodus Clay vs. JTG are scheduled for this weekend's RAW live events. Newly appointed RAW GM AJ Lee is scheduled to appear at this weekend's shows.
