- WWE has updated their advertisements for Tuesday night's SmackDown tapings from Bakersfield, California and are hyping appearances by Triple H and Rey Mysterio. Big Show vs. John Cena is also advertised.
- Hours away from the pay-per-view, Jim Ross insists he won't be calling any matches at SummerSlam tonight. Ross says he will be watching the show from the WWE Games suite.
