Jerry Lawler Talks Being Attacked By CM Punk On Last Monday's RAW

WWE.com has posted an in-character interview with WWE commentator Jerry Lawler. "The King" responded to being attacked by CM Punk on last week's RAW after stating that he didn't believe that Punk was "the best wrestler in the world."

"It's a sad day when you can't have an opinion and speak your mind," said Lawler. "CM Punk thinks he can speak his mind. He has an opinion that he is the best in the world and he has no problem with telling that to everybody.

"CM Punk and I obviously had a difference in opinion," he continued. "He had a way of showing me what he thought about my opinion. I've been thinking a lot about it, and maybe this coming Monday night, I might show Punk what I think of his opinion."
